Delinda is a self-described people lover. Making her clients' home-buying and selling experiences a pleasant and smooth one is a top priority. Her real estate philosophy is focused on building long-term relationships with buyers and sellers that often last far beyond the real estate transaction. In fact, she's even been known to help her clients pack and move! She says it is the little things like this that make it satisfying for her.

Working with Delinda is like working with a friend. She's a great listener who truly wants the best for her buyers and sellers. And, according to Delinda, creating personal relationships with her clients is what she loves most about being a REALTOR^®.

Delinda began her career as an agent in 2004. Before that, she was devoted to homeschooling her two daughters. When it was time to choose a career, she wanted one that allowed her to help others. Being a REALTOR^® was an easy choice because it routinely provides opportunities to make people's lives better.

It gives Delinda joy to ease people into the sometimes-tricky transition of buying or selling a home. Her goal is to make that transition smooth with as few obstacles as possible. Delinda's been there - she knows moving is stressful, but she knows it doesn't have to be with the proper guidance.

Some of the things Delinda likes to do to build a rapport with her clients are hosting client parties or even dropping by their homes. These settings provide wonderful opportunities for her to get to know her clients better without the pressure of a real estate transaction, and she is excited when clients love to show her the changes and updates they have made. Seeing how much they love their home is wonderful to her.

Delinda serves residential homebuyers and sellers in northern Maryland, southern Pennsylvania & Delaware. She loves working with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty because she knows if her clients are moving outside of her area, she has a vast network of capable agents ready to make their home-buying or selling as smooth as possible.

As a distinguished Associate Broker, Delinda is also a member of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices' Honor Society award category.

When she's not helping clients, Delinda is the proud mother of two adult daughters and enjoys nothing more than spending time with them around town and their waterfront home with their dog and 3 cats. She is an avid gardener, watching her gardens change and bloom throughout the year, and all the birds that it attracts. Delinda likes to give back to her community by volunteering on her community association board, and collecting for Toys for Tots. She actively looks for opportunities to volunteer her time and talents.
