Delinda is the best agent in not only Maryland but most likely the country. I could not sing my praises enough for her, she was absolutely phenomenal and that still isn’t saying enough about her. She treated me like I was one of her own and made me feel comfortable at every step of the process. I’m thrilled with the home I’m in but am sad that Delinda and I won’t be looking at anymore. I don't know where to begin. Delinda had been helping me hunt for a home for almost two years. I wasn't a class A buyer; it was going to have to be a zero down VA loan. We looked in several counties in Maryland from Baltimore to Annapolis to Hagerstown. When she finally found the home I'm currently in, an offer had already been submitted by another buyer. Delinda contacted the seller's agent and persuaded that agent to take my offer to the seller at the same time the other offer was presented. She wouldn't let me make an offer without looking at the inside of the house, so on Thanksgiving Day, knowing she was hosting s dinner in her home that evening, we drove 75 miles to look at the inside with an inspector. May offer was accepted, but Delinda's help didn't stop there. She worked very hard through the VA loan approval process finding contractors to certify the well and septic systems, and deal with other issues in a very compressed time frame driven by the short sale status of the purchase. She was there at closing. She was unbelievable. I don't think there is a single chance that I would be in wonderful home today if it were not for Delinda.

Dear Delinda, I recall driving down Elm Street in Hampden and spotting a neat little row house with a bright red door and a “For Sale” sign. I remarked to my friend, “I bet that would be perfect!” Curious about the price, I saw your name and number and gave you a call. Suffice it to say, it was a little out of our price range. We have both been awestruck by the sharp spike in real estate prices over the last several years. Feeling disappointed, I was about to thank you for the information and hang up when you asked what our price range was. I told you, feeling a little embarrassed, and fairly naïve about how to go about purchasing a house; you took down my information and said you would send us some listings that matched our criteria. Later that same day, I received an email with a bunch of listings. I began to grow more hopeful at the prospect of living in the area. Little did I know this first pipe dream and phone call to you would lead to the reality of owning a home that would be perfect for us! Your positive, proactive nature, patience and perseverance are only a few of the reasons for such a great find. You gave us tips on how to approach the seller and what to look for that would match our specific lifestyles, but you also gave us the encouragement we needed to keep looking. I remember you telling us that we would know when we found the right house and I knew you were right. I didn’t feel like you were just trying to sell us a home. I think you were doing what any good real estate agent would try to do.
